See, I've been a huge fan of Arashi for as long as I can remember, but I've only gotten into other Johnny's groups this past year. For some unknown reason, at the beginning of the year I started joining some Johnny's Entertainment communities here on livejournal... Which eventually led to my obsession with Sexy Zone...

I actually knew about them from way back since their debut, but they just came across my mind as a bunch of little kids debuting under the name "Sexy" cause old-man Johnny is just mad. ANYWAYS, not the point. I got really into them after watching an episode of Sexy Zone Channel, I think it was the Yakitori episode... I don't remember ufufu. Afterwards I started watching their performances on Music Channel and Shokura and stuff and started fangirling so hard... I mean,

ERMAHGERDOf course, after a while their sparkly-ness wore off (just a tiny bit), then I realized the group was super unfair about screentime and their formations during performance. The center was always Shori with Fuma and Kento and Marius and Sou would just stand in the back or sides. At first I used to think this was just because I'm used to seeing Arashi, with their equal screentime and song-lines and performances, but turns out it was for real.-.
The Sexy Zone fandom was also recently shook up by the whole new-single-without-marius-and-sou thing, which just proves what I was saying.
I dunno, man, I guess I was blinded(?) by the equality present in Arashi, that when I started liking other groups like Sexy Zone and Kisumai I realize the gap between members are very much present and visible.
My point being, the way they divide these things are very mean sometimes :c I mean, all the members do their best and they don't deserve to be back up just because they're less attractive. Well, maybe they don't always have to be in the front lines, but once in a while is fine, ya know?
