Sacchan Talks about Exams and Subbing

But first, are any of you fans of EXILE? Or other related LDH acts? Cause I don't see a lot of comms about them on LJ (if you know some please tell me). And I thought the Shabekuri 007 where they guested at was pretty cool, and since I had the raws I felt like I could sub it. But there's really no point if no one's even interested so... Any of you interested?
My exams are over and I'm overjoyed, really (though there's like one more shit I gotta do before it's all over but that's in another month). But there's like nothing I want to do this holiday, AT ALL. Maybe because I had such high expectations of it being my freedom and all, but freedom is so damn boring rn. I'm really trying to find things to do other than browsing the internet and watching stuffs on youtube (and doing things on the computer, basically).
I started watching One Piece, since I never continued watching/reading since like three frickin years ago. But those types of animes... IMO aren't ones for binge-watching. It's very repetitive and suuuuper long. When you watch one episode per week, it's like, you learn to appreciate them and wait for them eagerly, but cause I'm watching like a season per three days or something, I get really bored at it and start to notice how much filler is in it. (GOD THE FIGHTS ARE SO FRICKIN LONG).
Other thing, I usually watch Supernatural when it's the holidays... Problem is, I finally caught up to the recent episodes and it's just killing me inside. I can't wait for new episodes... I just can't... I've had enough waiting with the whole Sherlock fandom.
More things. I don't know if my tastes are changing or something, but I don't even want to watch anime anymore? Not really anyway (and it's kind of a problem seeing how I manage an anime fanspage). I used to watch like five animes per season and like two episodes per day. There was a time where I finished Special A in a week or sth. I'm slowly getting myself back into it, but if I just don't like it anymore, I guess I'll have to stop haha. (it's not as serious of a problem as I make it sound, though)
As usual, my rants aren't coherent at all. Pft. But I think while I'm rambling uselessly, I should jump on the(super-late) wagon and talk about Toma leaving Johnny's too, while I'm at it.
My heart dropped when I found out he was leaving, what'll happen to Maijani? The kansai juniors? Then I remembered, he isn't exactly the first person to have left Johnny's. I mean, it's just a personal judgement, and hey, I've no idea what the people's reasons are for leaving. I'm just, really tired of Johnny's and their shit (then again, maybe that's how corporations work? If you've heard all the stuff about the Korean SM Entertainment and their lawsuits and stuff, I guess that's what happens when you're in it for the money and not the music and the passion and stuffs haha.). There has to be a mutual reason somewhere on why they all decided to leave the agency, right? Or not...
I personally think they're way to restricting with their rules... Especially on the no-dating thing. They have the same rule on AKB48 and I mean like, that's A LOT of attractive people that aren't allowed to date. A declining birth-rate is really no wonder (wtf am I saying)
JE IMO is also really close-minded on things like their music genres and fan-approach. Kind of like the old school Japan where they weren't open to anyone pft. They don't really explore a lot of music genres, just hung up on the same sounding music sometimes. And their fan approach! DAMN THEIR FAN APPROACH. There's like barely ANYTHING you can get your hands on overseas, why the hell is that???? It sucks so much. I'm like seriously willing to spend A LOT of money on them and on their concerts if they ever went outside Japan, which I'm sure a lot of other people are willing to do the same, too. Imagine how much profit that is. But NOOOO... They have to stay in Japan and just do nation-wide tours... So overseas fans just to have buy stuffs online. That's still well and swell, I guess, BUT NO. They don't even make the videos legally available. Seriously man, wth.
Japanese artists with Youtube channels are swell. (which is why I love Low High Who peeps, also, they're not so corporate, and that's cool)

Also, I'm subbing more things, but my Japanese isn't really getting any better... So my translation quality is probably going to stay how it is pft. I have an episode of Nakai's show where they talk about juniors, so I might sub that, I think. Depends on how terrible my procrastinating will get this week.

Yes I heard them on MS, they were really cool, also really pretty, with frills and stuff xD
I like Dream's Aya though hehe. Aya's voice sounds good too (as in like, I'm pretty sure it's not autotune), from the stuff I hear her sing on Utage.
What's the show called? All the shows I've watched is only ones I've found on YouTube, since I have no idea where to find that stuff... And like I said, I couldn't find any active LDH comms on LJ and that sucks. I'd really like to see them more~

So I would definitely love it if you can share the Shabekuri episode with us~~
p/s: Shabekuri is a very interesting show. May I know where do you get the raw video? or is it only for EXILE

If you want to watch raws, a lot of them are on video sharing sites like YouTube, though those are absolutely filled with watermarks and stuff.
I got the particular file for this off of a torrent site, I found it while I was scrolling through one day. It's not something that's regularly uploaded... A person uploaded this file for some reason though? Maybe cause it was a special episode, I dunno. The file size was soo big, too... It was like 10gigs or something.

Date: 2015-04-23 01:26 pm (UTC)Yes! I know right. I don't get why they're so against their members going on the online media. When there's like dramas and stuffs and the cast of that drama uploads stuffs to instagram, actors from Johnny's are always not there.
It's like when someone leaves I get mixed feelings? Like, I'm sad I won't see him in Johnny's shows and with the other Johnny's, and obvs less screen time. But like, I'm happy that the person has gained "freedom". Like how Ryutaro started uploading videos and Koki's now with his band, it's great to see them expressing themselves outside of the company's shadow.

Date: 2015-06-07 12:55 pm (UTC)I got into Exile only late last year but I've been loving the other (smaller groups lol) LDH acts for a couple of years now. I started with Flower & Gene, then grew to love sandaime & the rest~ ^^
I'd really appreciate & love it if you would work on LDH stuff if you can because, just like you mentioned, there aren't a lot of comms on LDH, moreover, subbing LDH stuff. I haven't seen the shabekuri ep you mentioned but they also appeared there (i think) some months back, also in sanma's show. They're always fun to watch in talk-variety shows & i've been hoping that someone would sub their stuff. They also have this regular show other than Gekkan Exile called Exile Casino JP. Everyone's just adorable there & it would be a good start for new LDH lovers out there.

What I'm trying to say is XD if you find raws that maybe I can use, please help and link me cause I have no idea where to even look for them >
