It's finally my long-awaited break and I can't even open any download links... Is it a thing with my internet or my computer or my service... WHAT IS IT. Cause I checked and they say Mega's not down...
Anyways, FIRST~ Some gossip-ish newwws! HAVE YOU HEEAARD?
The actor and actress couple Masahiro Higashide and Anne will be getting married on New Year's!
Call me lame, but I didn't even know they were together, lol. I guess it's probably because I'm not a fan of either of them? WELL, I MEAN. I've been a fan of Masahiro Higashide ever since I saw him on Crows Explode, but I just saw Crows Explode, like, two months ago? What I'm trying to say is that I'm a relatively new fan, lol.
I'm happy for them though!! They look surprisingly well together!
(Though coming from a xxxHolic fan, my mind keeps thinking of is Yuko and Doumeki together)
IN OTHER NEWS. Hiro Mizushima and his wife, Ayaka, is expecting their first child! Yay for them!

Three shoujo mangas and one SPYAIR album! Ahhh I love them so much <3
The mangas from top to bottom left to right (in case you can't read the titles) is Yomoto Shimako's Cosmic Color, Meguro Amu's Mako to Aki-chan no Koigokoro, and Morishita Suu's Mada Amanogawa ni Ikenai. ^^~ If you read shoujo mangas, Meguro Amu's the author of Honey, I think it's relatively famous. And Morishita Suu's the author of Hibi Chouchou, which is extremely popular. I think if I keep talking about the comics, this is going to be a super long post, so I'll talk about them in another day nufufu.
SPYAIR's BEST album came with a DVD and poster~ (though I think I ordered a limited edition one? I don't remember lol). It's the first SPYAIR album I've ever bought, but the album was a compilation of their famous (best, lol) songs, so I knew most of them. Favorite song would have to be Wendy ~It's You~ and Imagination ufufu.
The DVD was basically the PVs of the songs (except for one song). Twas super neat! I've heard most of the songs but I haven't seen all of their PVs... There were some really old ones with Enzel in it and everything (I actually became a fan after he left, but well...). The PV for Japanification was also super cool! Singing in Korea and stuff hahaha.

When the album was released, SPYAIR had like a quiz thing going on in their LINE, and the first question was basically what were the members holding in their hands in the last picture in the album? IT PAINED ME SO MUCH NOT BEING ABLE TO ANSWERRR. I mean... I BOUGHT THE ALBUM! But it wasn't in my hands yet ;-; #thestrugglesofanoverseasfan (fyi, the answer was apples, "りんご")
Buying SPYAIR's album was so incredibly satisfying... for some reason. The number of original albums I have can probably be counted with fingers, but... here's my experience, basically.
The first few albums I bought were from indie artists, so they weren't too pricey and fancy with the production aspect of things... But I could sort of feel that their music was... umm... authentic? Like, it's theirs.
Then afterwards I started buying Johnny's music... It was a lot less satisfying... for some reason. I can't really put my finger on the reason, but if I had to answer it would probably be because the writers and music composing isn't as, well... authentic, I guess. DON'T GET ME WRONG, I love Johnny's, man, I'm not putting them down... It's just... the feeling's so different.
Afterwards I bought SPYAIR, which made me overflow with joy. I put the album on repeat non-stop, haha. IT'S SO SATISFYING.
I guess what I'm trying to say is that it's different when the songs are actually made by them. If you know what I mean...
On the other hand I kind of wonder what people think of when they buy albums of air bands like Golden Bomber haha. I love them (Golden Bomber), but I don't think I'd ever buy their album... At least not anytime soon...
OOOH OOOH! Did you see SPYAIR's christmas video on lineee? Sooo~ cute~! hahaha. They had santa costumes and reindeer costumes on >< Though Momiken was in a tree costume XD And he kept saying "Momi no ki~! Momi no ki~!"
