Jumping on the late bandwagon to this thing (and taking it as an opportunity to write a post and sort my thoughts). Damn, man. Time flies.

Where was I even, 5 years ago?

I think 2012 was the year I got into a LOT of things. Heck I think late 2011 to early 2012 is the time I invented "Sacchan", which is craaazy.

I was still super into anime and not into Japanese pop culture, but I found Arashi that year and joined LJ to look for their shows, probably. The me back then wouldn't have even dreamed of subbing, lol. I still don't understand how I ended up being able to, anyway. But I'm glad I did.

Although my first subs make me shiver with cringe.

And I'm glad I started LJ and started posting. Met soooo many friends with similar interests and just overall fun stuff. Also found lots of shitty people but the scale's gotta balance out somehow and the good always outweighs the bad. I'm so glad I met all of youuuu!! <3

My thoughts have been all over the place lately and everything IRL has just been so taxing and tiring emotionally so I just had to take a break from it all. But now after a little feels trip to memory lane I feel better.

Ahhhhhhhhhh I'm content. Life's okay now.

Probably because I forgot the O again. DDOS--the distributed denials of service that kept making LJ unreachable for a lot of people.

Yeah, I guess if you weren't posting at the time, you wouldn't notice as much.
